Excellent patient skills, do not say this lightly since I worked in healthcare for forty years.
NO BAD EXPERIENCE/all was good!
Care provider spent plenty of time with me - not sure of how long he was with me. i was not keeping time.
At one point there was inappropriate language in a conversation spoken with me. Not sure if it slipped out but not everyone speaks that way and it could make someone uncomfortable.
best neurologist I have ever worked with. not only explained to me what was happening but asked for my input which made me feel empowered in my health care. Really like him.
Very concerned and caring.
Great experience! Love Dr. Villalobos! He's very intelligent; knowledgeable; kind; curtious; and makes patients feel like they matter. He has done everything he can to help me with my issue. You can't ask for more from a doctor. His staff is very friendly and curtious as well. Thank you!
Dr. Villalabos speaks a different language although he does speak Englishand at times it's a little hard to understand. He also speaks in a quiet tone which makes it a little more difficult. But as a physician, he's excellent, he doesn't let situations go untreated.
Excellent outstanding experience.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. V. He is the best!
Dr. Villabosa speaks very quietly but fast. I had great trouble understanding what he was saying while trying to understand j his Spanish accent. I had to ask him repeatedly to repeat. I also pretended to understand because I was embarrassed to ask again.
Best neuro I've visited.
Provider didn't seem to believe my symptoms or take me seriously. ...He told me that I must have sleep apnea whereas I know and have been diagnosed with chronic migraines. He didn't seem very sympathetic. I left the appointment feeling very bad and disappointed. I will be looking for another neurologist.
New Dr took over practice - did not review my records prior to exam I felt - I filled him in on my history - he asked that I call back in 1/2 weeks so he can review my file and make suggestions to alter my treatment plan, if any. Also, Dr Villalobas has a very soft spoken manor, I have hearing aids and asked him to speak louder which he did for a while but some part of our dialogue was lost even though I turned up my aids - needs to work on that issue --
Didn't explain away any of my possible concerns. And prescribed the same medicine that I had taken before. And after I had said that it didn't help. I will go to my next appointment. And am hoping that there is something that can be done to help me.
*Dr. V. is so professional and caring. We think he is better than very good!!
First time meeting with this MD. He sounded familiar with my chart, medical condition, past testing, and plan in 2016 to get surgery. Note: I had difficulty understanding MD's speaking. And, it was important for me to understand him.
Very thorough and friendly. Looking forward to this doctor/patient relationship.
