Arlene O’Donnell, DO, is board certified in family medicine and neuromusculoskeletal medicine. As a doctor of osteopathic medicine, she uses the osteopathic principles: the body is a unit, it has an innate ability to heal itself, and the relationship between the body’s structure and function to find the health within an individual. She is active in scholarly research and publication and earned her medical degree from the Virginia College of Osteopathic medicine in Blacksburg, VA. Dr. O’Donnell completed her residency in Integrated Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at Florida Hospital East Orlando, where she served as Chief Resident. She was honored with the Residency Community Service Award by Florida Hospital East Orlando during her final year. Dr. O’Donnell is a member of the American Academy of Osteopathy, American Osteopathic Association, American College of Family Physicians and the Osteopathic Cranial Academy. She has a passion for teaching students and residents in both family medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine.
