Arthur J. DeBaise, MD

Dr. DeBaise is board certified in plastic surgery and completed a research fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery. His specialties include plastic surgery emergencies, facial trauma, wounds and minor burns. With more than 20 years of experience, he joins Plastic Surgery Specialists as an inpatient provider, dedicated to improving his patients’ self-confidence and quality of life through utilizing state-of-the-art techniques.

Shahid F. Usmani, MD, FAAP

Dr. Usmani, founder of Clermont-Ocoee Pediatrics, is a board-certified pediatrician in practice for more than 20 years. In addition to serving the highest standard of treatment and services, he specializes in all aspects of pediatric and adolescent medicine, including children with special needs and behavioral disorders, such as Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder.

Shaista S. Usmani, MD

As a board-certified pediatrician and neonatologist-perinatologist, Dr. Usmani provides pediatric care the youngest residents of Central Florida. Since 1971, Dr. Usmani has been honing her specialization in all aspects of pediatric medicine, with a focus on the care of critical care, high-risk and premature children, as well as behavior disorders and attention deficit disorder (ADD). Thus, families facing some of the more sensitive pediatric, adolescent and teenage issues seek the unique brand of care provided by Dr. Usmani .Dr.

Bindu Ann Parekattil, MD, FAAP

Bindu Ann Parekattil, MD, FAAP, is board-certified in pediatrics and has provided comprehensive medical care to infants, children and adolescents for more than a decade. Her experience in general pediatrics and pediatric critical care medicine includes private practice as well as a variety of major hospitals in New York, Ohio and Florida. She earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in Massachusetts and completed a residency at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York.  Prior to joining Florida Hospital, Dr.

Diana Jaime, MD

Dr. Jaime is board-certified in family medicine and specializes in performing outpatient procedures for pediatric care, skincare, women’s health, general medicine, weight maintenance, cosmetic medicine and specialized treatment of spider veins. She earned her medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico and completed her residency in family medicine, with a focus on sports medicine and dermatology, at the Centre for Family Medicine at Florida Hospital, Winter Park.

Wesam Ahmed MD, PhD, MSc

Dr. Ahmed is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology, and fellowship-trained in hematology and oncology. With more than 20 years of in-depth clinical and research experience in a variety of blood-related cancers and diseases, he joins the nationally renowned medical team at Florida Center for Cellular Therapy, after most recently serving as a faculty member and attending physician in the Bone Marrow Transplant Program at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. J. Pablo Arnoletti, MD, FACS

Dr. Arnoletti is a surgical oncologist, board certified in general surgery and focuses on multi-disciplinary care of patients with tumors of the pancreas, stomach, liver, bile ducts and bowel. He currently serves as the Chief of Surgical Oncology and focuses on minimally invasive surgical approaches for the treatment of these conditions.

Tracy R. Bilski, MD, FACS

Tracy R. Bilski, MD, FACS, board certified and fellowship-trained in general surgery, specializes in trauma surgery and surgical critical care. She joins the medical team at The Center for Specialized Surgery with nearly two decades of clinical experience, including providing expert care to both patients and her country while serving in the United States Navy.

Sebastian de la Fuente, MD

Dr. de la Fuente is a surgical oncologist, board certified in general surgery, fellowship trained in advanced surgical oncology and holds advanced certification in surgical oncology. His surgical specialties include pancreatic cancer, benign pancreatic diseases, liver and bile duct diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, sarcoma and melanoma, focusing on minimally-invasive techniques. Currently, he serves as the Director of Research at Florida Hospital Surgical Residency Program and Program Director of the Surgical Oncology fellowship.

Manuel R. Perez-Izquierdo, MD, FACS

Dr. Perez is a board-certified and fellowship-trained vascular surgeon. He officially joins Florida Hospital after serving in a number of director and chairman positions within the Vascular and Surgical Divisions of the Florida Hospital System for more than 10 years. In addition to providing the highest quality of vascular care, tailor-made to fit each patient’s needs, he specializes in providing non-operative and minimally-invasive therapies to manage arterial and venous conditions and diseases.
